Mini quiches

Today we made mini quiches. This was a new experience for me. This was the beginning of pastry making. Next week we are going to make bigger quiches. I would make these mini quiches at home because the steps are really simple. The quiches tasted delicious.

Oreo milkshake / Technology

Today for food tech we had to make a Oreo milkshake. The thing I mostly enjoyed was mixing the milk, chocolate syrup, and the Oreo's together in the blender. It was really fun and the Oreo milkshake turned out great here is a photo of my Oreo milkshake. Our main focus for the rest of our cooking lesson's is on pastry making.
